Il tuo ordine viene normalmente spedito entro 24 ore tramite UPS al costo medio di €10 (incluso nel prezzo) all'indirizzo fornito, solo dopo la conferma del pagamento. Attualmente, tutti gli articoli vengono spediti da Tolosa, Francia.

Importante: I tempi di spedizione potrebbero essere influenzati per ordini che richiedono personalizzazione. I costi di spedizione possono variare in base alla quantità di articoli ordinati, poiché saranno necessarie scatole di spedizione più grandi.

Una volta elaborato il tuo ordine, riceverai un’email di conferma.

Se uno o più prodotti del tuo ordine non soddisfano le tue aspettative o presentano difetti, puoi restituirli entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce esercitando il tuo diritto di recesso.

SHIPPING

Your order is normally shipped within 24 hours using UPS at an average cost of €10 (included in price) to the address provided only after your payment has been confirmed. Currently, all items are shipped from Toulouse, France. 

Important: Shipping times may be impacted for orders that require customization. Shipping costs fluctuate based on the amount of items you order since larger shipping boxes will be required. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURNS

If one or more products from your order do not meet your expectations or have defects, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the goods by exercising your right of withdrawal.
